LINCOLN, Neb. – Take your whole family and attend the Holiday Craft Show at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park (SP) on Nov. 2, 4-8 p.m.; Nov. 3, 9 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Nov. 4, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. There will be a wide range of crafts, face painting, Mom and Pop's Kettle Korn, tram tours of the park and all regular park activities on all three days. Plan to be on hand Saturday, Nov. 3, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. to see a display of ice sculptures by the Mahoney SP staff. Also plan to attend the Old West Cookout featuring buffalo stew on Nov. 2, 5-8 p.m.; Nov. 3, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.; and Nov. 4, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Eugene T. Mahoney SP is located just off of Interstate 80 exit 426. A park entry permit is required. |
